WARRANTY
Dear valued customer, thank you for purchasing our electric cars. All **Beast & **Cruizer vehicles bought from us
shall have a warranty period of one year from date of purchase. To better know your own rights and
interests, we would like you to pay attention to below statement.

During the Period of Warranty

We will, free of charge, repair or replace, at our option, any part adjudged defective by us during the
warranty period due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. However, we are not responsible
for any abuse, negligence, vandalism or acts of nature.

General Exclusions

Exclusions from this warranty shall include any failures caused by competition or racing use,
installation of parts or accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine EZ-GO parts, abnormal
strain, neglect or abuse, lack or proper maintenance, accident or collision damage, modification to original
parts, or damage due to improper installation of parts or accessories, or damage due to improper
transportation.

Specific Exclusions

Exclusions from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine
maintenance: such as upholstery, light bulbs, tires, and brake shoes , etc.

**These vehicles are custom built on an pre-owned EZGO chassis, frame assembly and rear end. The vehicles are built from there with all new parts and accessories from the best companies in the industry and carry a one year factory warranty. Our batteries carry a 1 1/2 year warranty.
